Their new challenge was to set up and manage a brand new Starbucks coffee lounge in The Axis; a major office complex in Birmingham that hosts over a 1,000 staff.
With this new undertaking there was a need to upgrade their kitchen facilities to keep up with the high customer demands, while providing the best customer experience possible.
